TO ALL RENEWING AND PROSPECTIVE
HPGA MEMBERS:

HPGA ROSEVILLE is always ready, willing and able to accept new members.  Currently we are accepting membership applications and renewals for the 2012 golf year, which runs from January through December.  Joining prior to January will allow you to post scores and participate in HPGA activities for the remainder of this year in addition to all of 2012.

HPGA membership includes NCGA membership and magazine, GHIN Index and Handicapping electronic services, preferred sign-ups and discount for HPGA tournaments and events, discounts at Poppy Hills and Poppy Ridge golf courses, and lots of friendly competition, camaraderie and opportunities to be involved.

Membership is open to regular HP employees and gold/silver-badge retirees only.  Sorry, temporary and contract employees are not eligible.  Spouses of members may also join, but not juniors.

Again in 2012 we have the ability to pay membership fees using PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this feature.


Here is what a RENEWING member should do:

  1. Fill out this online renewal form completely and submit it.
  2. You will be taken to a page where you can either pay directly using PayPal or receive instructions for paying by check.  2012 dues for renewing members are $45.  Paying by check in time will not be feasible during the last week of renewals.

Payment is due before processing of application will occur.

All current members of HPGA are eligible to renew.

You have until Friday, December 30 to get your online renewal form AND payment submitted.  After that renewing members will have to follow the instructions under 'Here is what a NEW member should do,' below.

 


Here is what a NEW member should do:

  1. Fill out this online new member form completely and submit it.
  2. You will be taken to a page where you can either pay directly using PayPal or receive instructions for paying by check.  2012 dues for new members are $55.

Payment is due before processing of application will occur.

To ensure you are a member for all of 2012 make sure you get your online new member form and payment submitted by Friday, December 30, 2011.  Paying by check in time will not be feasible during the last week of the year.
